General

• CEJ Creatives is not liable for any damage caused to property, clothing or any bodily harm inflicted whilst using our products
• There may be times when additional items are required in order to complete the crafts, CEJ Creatives does not take any responsibility for any additional items required or the cost this may impose on the customer

Payment and Delivery

• Payments are to be made in full at the time of the purchase
• Items will not be shipped until monies have been received into the business bank account
• Delivery times are subject to the Australian delivery service used
• CEJ Creatives does not take any responsibility for items damaged in transit

Returns

• Any issues pertaining to your order must be raised within 7 days of receipt 
• CEJ Creatives does not accept returns and will not provide refunds for products
• If there are items missing from an order CEJ Creatives will try to rectify this
